Effects of fluoxetine and tianeptine sodium(CAS 30123-17-2) on hippocampal protein kinase A (PKA) expression in chronic stress depression rats. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into depression model group, fluoxetine group, tianeptine sodium group model group, fluoxetine group and tianeptine sodium Naproxen statin group received stress stimulation for 21 d, during normal feeding group, fluoxetine group during the day to stimulate oral fluoxetine (10 mg / kg), tianeptine sodium group was given a daily tianeptine sodium (50 mg / kg), model group and the control group received the equal volume of saline per day. opening behavioral test application method and the liquid consuming experiments using Western blotting method to detect the after the stress levels of the fluoxetine group PKA expression in hippocampus of rats. 

Results: after the stress, the model group level crossing grid, rearing, modification times, the percentage of sucrose consumption was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). through the grid, rearing, modification times and sucrose consumption percentage was higher than the model group (P <0.05). After the stress tianeptine sodium Naproxen statin group sucrose consumption percentage higher than the model group (P <0.05), level crossing number of cells, erect number and modification times higher than in model group, but no significant differences were detected in the Western blotting, the PKA in hippocampus of rats in model group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). Fluoxetine rats hippocampal PKA expression levels higher than the model group (P <0.01), no significant difference (P control group> 0.05); the level of expression of hippocampal PKA tianeptine sodium Naproxen statin group were significantly higher than the model group (P <0.01) , but still lower than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: fluoxetine and tianeptine sodium(CAS 30123-17-2) Naproxen statins can reverse the decrease PKA expression in hippocampus of rats with chronic stress depression.
